Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Your name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions
Important:
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- A return label will be provided, but the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund
Restocking Fee
- All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee
- This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or installed products
- Custom or special-order items
- Final sale or clearance items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please text us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If needed:

- Place a new order

1-Year Limited Replacement Warranty
All Lock N Load Feed System products are covered by a one (1) year limited replacement warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturer defects in materials
- Defects in workmanship under normal use
What We Will Do
If a defect is confirmed within the warranty period, we will:
- Replace the defective product at no cost for the item itself
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim:

- Photos or video of the defect (if applicable)

Shipping for Warranty Claims

This warranty does not cover:
